The new multi-million dollar Wagga Wagga Civic Centre was opened in February 1999. It contains the Regional Art Gallery, National Art Glass Gallery, City Library, Museum of the Riverina and civic administration, all situated on the very picturesque Wollundry Lagoon adjacent to the newly refurbished Civic Theatre.
